An RMA case is only created after agreement with Elit Instrument.

In cases where you have to send in your device for service, repair or calibration, there must be an RMA number for traceability. Fill out the form below. If you have already sent the device to us, we ask that you make an RMA notification afterwards in order to help you in the matter.
- We will get back to you with an estimated repair start within 3 working days of receiving your RMA
- Elit Instrument charges a cost proposal fee of SEK 1 640 ex VAT per unit submitted. The cost proposal is only charged in cases where the customer does not proceed with the repair.
- For a standard repair, the time required is approx. 15 working days. For devices older than 10 years, no warranty is given on the repair
- Elit Instrument AB reserves the right to price adjustments if hidden faults are revealed during the repair
After submitting the form, a response email with an RMA number and shipping instructions will be sent to the email address you specified. Follow the instructions in the email, clearly mark with the RMA number and then send the shipment to Elit. Then we can help you as quickly as possible. If the email does not appear in your inbox, we ask you to look in the junk mail, where in some cases it gets stuck.
